Chamfered striking edges prevent chipping and damage to striking surfaces. Its solid fibreglass core handle is securely attached to the head with a powerful epoxy bond. The handle is fitted with an air-cushioned grip for exceptional comfort and reduced fatigue. A lanyard hole in the base of the handle allows for safe and secure tethering when working at height.

They also have a larger-than-normal striking face with chamfered edge for general use. Both of these striking faces are induction heat-treated for hardness.

Roughneck Mini Sledge Hammer made from drop-forged alloy steel hardened and tempered, with 8-sided 45 degree chamfered precision milled faces. Fitted with a solid core fibreglass handle bonded with a industrial grade epoxy for a longer lasting bond. The handle has a polypropylene cover and double injected TPR soft grip handle with integral overstrike protection.
