HB42 Fusion is perfect for sealing expansion and construction joints, as well as around plastic, timber and metal frames. It is suitable for many applications within the sanitary, construction, roofing, facade, automotive and marine industries. Also suitable for food preparation areas and moist surfaces. It also has excellent anti-mould and UV resistance.

 

Surfaces to which the sealant is to adhere must be clean and free of loose material. Cut the nozzle to your desired width and expel using a skeleton gun. Remove surplus sealant and smooth. HB42 Fusion has a long working time- skins in 15- 20 minutes, cures 3mm per 24 hours. If used correctly, the sealant will perform in excess of 20 years. It can be overpainted with water-based paints.

A 290ml cartridge is sufficient to seal approximately 10m with a 6mm bead.
